Born to a Dutch mother and Australian father, Ivana Martyn-Zyznikow is an Australian based artist, who lived a nomadic childhood traveling the world with her family.
Her unique sensibility and honest approach creates an incommunicable level of trust with her subject. Her work, often playful, portrays an intimate connection between herself and the subject, often revealing their true personality. Both masculine and feminine, classical and modern, her images focus on the natural beauty of life and its surroundings.
