Grant's reputation as a fashion industry authority precedes him. He is passionate about developing and celebrating design talent on the global stage and is constantly on the look out for innovation and new trends in all aspects of the fast growing Men's fashion and lifestyle category.

Grant has been a part of the international fashion industry for over 25 years. He has also been involved with and supported the success of many iconic fashion brands. His previous positions at Mode Magazine, Myer Department Stores and Mark Patrick Agency have built an impressive and unparalleled first-hand knowledge in publishing, advertising, promotions, events and public relations.

As Editorial Director GQ - Conde Nast Asia Pacific since 2008 - 2019, Grant was responsible for the overall editorial and fashion direction of GQ China and GQ Japan and advised on the successful launches of GQ Thailand, GQ Style Korea and Conde Nast Traveller China. He was the driving force behind the GQ marketing strategy to increase Chinese menswear design by developing emerging talent and sponsoring a runway show during the LCM London Collections Men, as well as the creative execution of the GQ Style China Model Search and GQ Japan's Most Stylish Man projects. He has established successful integration programs for key luxury brand clients internationally and is a member of the men's advisory council of the British Fashion Council.

In July 2010 Grant was appointed as the Creative Director of the L'Oréal Melbourne Fashion Festival (LMFF). Prior to LMFF, Grant was Publisher - Fashion Division, PC Magazines, over-seeing all functions of magazine titles including Vogue Australia, Vogue Girl and GQ Australia. During his tenure these titles developed a stronger profile, excelled editorially and increased in both circulation and revenue.

Grant has recently returned to Australia and is currently consulting to GQ Australia, GQ Japan and AWI Australian Wool Innovation. He is also Creative Director for the recently launched Vogue Man Hong Kong.
